Ihre Aufgaben

  1. Manage on-boarding, personnel data setup (SAP/ NHR), cost center , and organization charts.
  2. Handle attendance, time tracking, leave calculation and payroll coordination (including subsidies and exceptions.)

  5. Maintain the staff attendance system and support temporary manpower solutions.
  6. Administer labor/health/group insurance, employee certification documents, and foreign work-er paperwork (ARC, visa).
  7. Maintain HR systems, prepare ESG reports, update HR forms, and troubleshoot system issues.
  8. Manage offboarding processes, respond to employee inquiries, support internal audits, and participate in job fairs and talent recruitment initiatives.
  9. Follow up and file headcount/replacement request forms.
  10. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Ihr Profil

  1. Bachelor degree or above
  2. HR full function or related experience
  3. Familiar with HRM systems, SAP, and attendance management systems; experience with 文中 HR system is a plus.
  4. At least 5 years of experience in HR-related roles is preferred.
  5. Good knowledge of labor laws, labor insurance regulations, and national health insurance policies.
  6. Strong logical thinking with high numerical sensitivity.
  7. Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Candidates residing near Hsinchu will be given priority.
