In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for
Ihre Aufgaben
1. Scanner field issues technical support mainly in Taiwan, but could also support Global customer. (Therefore, English skill is important)
2. In depth knowledge in Scanner and able to provide instruction and draft for SOP.
3. Good communication skill which needs regular bridge to field (CSE or customer) and factory (Eng. Q Dept and manufacturing Dept.) people.
Ihr Profil
1. Candidate will be required a long period of training to build up tool technical knowledge while new on this position. Therefore, training venue could be conducted in factory floor or customer sites or training center.
2. Candidate will be required to provide support to customer (worldwide), CSE and service managers for difficult field issue troubleshooting.
3. At special case which required in depth level of field support, candidate might be required to support together with CSE at customer site. Therefore, although most of the daily tasks are in office, but in such special but rare case, candidate could be needed to support at customer site.
4. Candidate will take ownership on the issues been set and distinguish the priority.
