Ihre Aufgaben
General affairs team leader is responsible to leading & support general affairs team to have the smooth operation activities via administrative work and anything else which can support operation team.
Tasks:
- Support to proceed purchasing process for general affairs need as well as following up the delivery.
- Support direct manager and general manager to claim the daily report/form for operation.
- Deal with the administrative affairs. (C-level/VP colleague travel arrangement etc...)
- Stationery purchasing & management for operations team.
- Lunch/dinner arrangement for C-level & VIP visitors/event.
- Supporting new hire for their basic personal equipment including locker and other general affairs.
- Support company activity such as year-end party and others
- Any other assignment from general manager and direct manager.
Ihr Profil
- Positive attitude and team-oriented
- Good in logical thinking and process driven
- Good communication skills (English communication is plus)
- Good in Excel operation
