In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for
Ihre Aufgaben
- Conduct technical training courses for customers with a focus on Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
- Deliver internal training programs for employees based on defined standards and training concepts
- Develop training courses based on existing concepts, utilizing various delivery formats including classroom, online, and hybrid learning
- Support the development and content management of the LMS e-learning platform and knowledge hub, including content creation and quality assurance
- Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Service, and Application teams to develop training programs for new products
- Maintain and service existing training equipment and training systems
- Support the planning and configuration of new training facilities and equipment
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the training and skills matrix for current and future training modules
Ihr Profil
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic) or equivalent qualification
- Additional qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman is an advantage
- Experience in delivering technical training sessions, workshops, or instruction programs
- Strong willingness to learn and the ability to quickly acquire and apply complex technical knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and training material creation; experience with common e-learning tools and learning management systems (LMS) is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, structured approach to work, and strong team orientation
- Passion for knowledge transfer and the professional development of training participants
- Very good command of Chinese and English, both written and spoken
- Strong intercultural competence and ability to work effectively in an international environment
