Customer Configurations Upgrade Engineer (m/w/d)

Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams zum frühestmöglichen Eintrittstermin tatkräftige Unterstützung.

• Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen (Upgrades gelieferter Anlagen)
• Bearbeitung von TCRs (Tool Change Requests), Bearbeitung von CIPs ()
• Teilnahme an Kick-offs, Durchführung von Q-Gate 1 für Upgrade
• Erstellung von Upgrade-Kundenauftragsstücklisten, Pflege von Kundenauftragsstücklisten für Nachträge
• Erstellung von Fertigungsunterlagen (E & P Plan), SPM, Aktualisierung der Risikobewertung, E & Pneu. CDF-Listen und andere erforderliche Daten/Dokumente)
• Kommunikation zur Auftragsklärung mit der Serviceabteilung
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Max-Listen, Kundenauftragsstücklisten bzw. Upgrade-Stücklisten
• Unterstützung bei 3rd Party Assessments
• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Customer Check Sheets für Upgrades

• Staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder Bachelor Maschinenbau / Mechatronik oder vergleichbar
• Berufserfahrung in der Auftragskonstruktion im Maschinenbau wünschenswert
• Idealerweise Mechatroniker mit Kenntnissen in Elektrik und Pneumatik
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP, Zuken E3 und MS-Office
