Working Student Brand & Marketing Communications (m/w/d)

As a Working Student in the Brand & Marketing Communications team, you will support various projects and campaigns that strengthen the SUSS global brand presence. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand development, digital marketing, content creation, product marketing communications, and event coordination.

Brand Support & Marketing Campaigns

• Support in the creation of branding activities, campaigns and visually compelling marketing assets

Content Creation

• Support with drafting and editing engaging content for various channels, including social media, internal communications, newsletters, blogs, and the company website

Social Media Management

• Help schedule and monitor posts across social media platforms such as LinkedIn

Event Coordination

• Support the preparation and logistics for trade shows, webinars, and internal events

Reporting & Analytics

• Help track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using tools and support with marketing trend scouting

Administrative Team Support

• Assist with organizational and administrative tasks within the Brand & Marketing Communications team (digital asset management, sales support, deliveries, etc.)

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Communications Design, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in branding, marketing, and the semiconductor industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks
