We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Communications Specialist (m/f/d) to enhance our digital presence in the semiconductor industry, create engaging content, and execute data-driven campaigns that elevate our brand and drive measurable results.

Your Tasks

As a Digital Marketing Communications Specialist, you will focus on implementing and optimizing our digital marketing activities across various platforms, including web, social media, email, and paid media. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to creating impactful content, managing campaigns, and leveraging analytics to refine our approach. This role is ideal for someone passionate about combining creativity and data-driven insights to achieve marketing success in a B2B technology environment.

Digital Campaign Activation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities across web, social media, email, and other digital platforms to enhance brand awareness, support business objectives and promote product innovations to a B2B audience.

Social Media & Community Management

  • Create, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms such as LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and engage with online communities.

Email Marketing & Newsletters

  • Develop and manage targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with current customers.

Paid Media Campaigns

  • Assist in managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive demand generation and increase brand visibility.

Content Development & Management

  • Support the development of a content calendar (incl. blogs, case studies, sales collaterals, whitepapers, videos, and infographics) and collaborate with internal and external teams to produce high-quality content tailored to digital platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance data from digital channels, including web traffic, social media metrics, email engagement, and paid media results and prepare regular reports on campaign success, key metrics, and ROI.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or semiconductor environment.
  • Passion for technology and high-tech trends.
  • Proven experience in executing digital campaigns, managing social media, and creating engaging content.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Storyblok), email automation tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). First experience with AI generating content tools are a plus. 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital advertising best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and German.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with Asia and familiarity with its business and cultural nuances is a strong plus.
