Your contribution to the continuous development and quality assurance of our products will ensure the technological breakthroughs of the next generation.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for...
Your Tasks
- Understand and interpret customers’ technical requirements, including evaluations, product demos, & propose solutions for Gen4/CoPoS acceptance criteria and further development with customer’s applications.
- Synchronize the same application method between MA & DSC.
- Test Planning and Execution
•Plan, set up, and perform measurements and tests to evaluate functionality and performance.
•Analyze data, draw conclusions, and write structured test reports.
•Define suitable testing strategies based on product requirements.
•Perform system demonstration for customer and test system under development conditions. - Communication and Consultation
•Provide advice to internal departments (engineering, production, product management) on how to qualified product requirements.
•Discuss test results with requesters and stakeholders.
•Clarify testing needs and document consultation results, even when no measurement is required.
•Documentation (Provide transparent reporting to stakeholders, i.e. Module Experts and System Architects) - Test Equipment Management
•Monitor the calibration status of test equipment used for customer- or authority-relevant measurements.
•Future, after on-the-job training and first successfully completed testing tasks: create and maintain short usage guides or quick-start manuals.
•Track location of measurement devices using a centralized system (e.g., wiki-based inventory).
Your Profile
- Bachelor and above
•masters preferred
•Bachelor only in combination with relevant work experience in either semiconductor manufacturing or design of manufacturing equipment) - Fields of study: Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or Chemistry Engineering or related field. The detailed descriptions below outline which focus areas of each study field are relevant and which are rather not relevant.
•Electrical Engineering – focusing rather on automation (PLC, electrical drives) than on PCB- or lower-level electronics design.
•Mechatronics – focusing rather on hardware than on pure programming (e.g. microcontroller programming is often a strong focus there – not necessary for the test engineer profile).
•Physics/Chemistry – with a proven track record of hands on experimental experience, not theoretical physics/chemistry
Professional Experience - Total professional experience rating, including longer-term student employments such as internships:
•More than 3 years on product development.
•Project concept and planning capability preferred. - Hands-on experience in a relevant field is to be counted about double the relevance compared to non-relevant work experience. Relevant experience will be made in companies/departments of these sectors
•Testing department (R&D) of a technology company or independent test lab.
•Semiconductor process technology, ideally lithography-related. - Skills and Knowledge
•Experience in using and maintaining measurement and test systems.
•Ability to build test recipe, execute measurements, analyze results, and report findings (includes a certain level of ingenuity and creativity).
•Knowledge of statistical or quality methods such as Design of Experiments (DOE) or Measurement System Analysis (MSA) is a plus.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); SAP experience is an advantage. - In-depth, working knowledge of Lithography, and CoWoS architecture. Experience of development, Debug, Integration of application program according to customer test specification
- Deep understanding of photonics theory and exposure applications is a plus
