Your Tasks
- Manage on-boarding, personnel data setup (SAP/ NHR), cost center , and organization charts.
- Handle attendance, time tracking, leave calculation and payroll coordination (including subsidies and exceptions.)

- Maintain the staff attendance system and support temporary manpower solutions.
- Administer labor/health/group insurance, employee certification documents, and foreign work-er paperwork (ARC, visa).
- Maintain HR systems, prepare ESG reports, update HR forms, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Manage offboarding processes, respond to employee inquiries, support internal audits, and participate in job fairs and talent recruitment initiatives.
- Follow up and file headcount/replacement request forms.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Your Profile
- Bachelor degree or above
- HR full function or related experience
- Familiar with HRM systems, SAP, and attendance management systems; experience with 文中 HR system is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR-related roles is preferred.
- Good knowledge of labor laws, labor insurance regulations, and national health insurance policies.
- Strong logical thinking with high numerical sensitivity.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates residing near Hsinchu will be given priority.
