Onsite position – Hsinchu, Taiwan (local employment)

In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for

• Collaborate with engineering teams to conduct troubleshooting, provide technical support, and drive process improvements—serving as the first-line representative to ensure production output and product quality.
• Leverage your leadership and expertise to define and distribute work packages effectively, and coordinate with design engineers to develop and deliver solutions for escalated issues from production activities.
• Act as the engineering team’s representative in meetings with external stakeholders to clarify and summarize requests, and translate them into initial action plans for the design team.
• Participate in CIP (Continuous Improvement Program) and PCN (Product Change Notification) projects, contributing to the delivery of new features and solutions.
• Draft and publish technical documents for relevant stakeholders.
• Apply your experience in risk assessment, cost evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration.

1. Working experience is required 10 years or above; experienced in Image/Scanner tool or semiconductor equipment is plus
2. Bachelor degree is required; Master degree is plus
3. Major in Electricity Engineering, mechanical Engineering, or Engineering related
4. Language-English skill is required
