Ihre Chance als Application Engineer (m/w/d) bei SUSS!

Your Tasks

  • Experte für die Anwendung von SUSS MicroTec Maschinen auf Kundenprozessen
  • Durchführung von Demoprozessen für Kunden auf bestehenden SUSS Anlagen und Erstellung von zusammenfassenden Demoreports
  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Lithographie-/Bonding-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung der Application Technicians bei operativen Aufgaben und Troubleshooting bei Qualitätsproblemen
  • Einfahren und Anpassen der Prozesse beim Kunden vor Ort zur Verbesserung der Prozesseffizienz und -qualität unter Produktionsbedingungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Application-Scientists bei der Generierung und Auswertung von Prozessergebnissen
  • Einbringen von Vorschlägen zur Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Abläufe und Anlagentechnik der Applikations-Abteilung

Your Profile

  • Master Mikrostrukturierung, Materialwissenschaften, Chemie, Physik, Maschinenbau, oder ähnlich
  • Application Technician
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Halbleitertechnologie, oder Sondermaschinenbau von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität
  • Informationsverhalten
