Our portfolio includes a wide range of products and solutions for back-end lithography, wafer bonding and photomask cleaning. In addition, we offer highly specialised lithography tools for imprinting.

Your Tasks

  • Unterstützung bei der Contentplanung und Erstellung der HR- Medieninhalte für unser Mitarbeiterportal
  • Inhaltliche Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Young Talent- Employer Branding Strategie sowie Unterstützung in Rebranding-Projekten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Awareness-Formaten und externen Kommunikationskampagnen
  • Unterstützung im Karriere-Event Management (In-House, Digital und Extern)

Your Profile

  • Studium in Personalmanagement, BWL, Marketing, Journalismus/Kommunikation oder einem ähnlichen Bereich
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Interesse und Gespür für kreative, zielgruppenorientierte Inhalte
  • Sicherer Umgang in MS Office Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude an Teamarbeit sowie selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Zuverlässige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
