• Sicherstellung einer hohen, global konsistenten Servicequalität über definierte IT-Services
• End-to-End-Verantwortung für globale IT-Services entlang etablierter ITSM-Prozesse
• Aufbau und Durchsetzung globaler Service-Standards, SLAs, KPIs und Governance
• Steuerung regionaler IT-Teams und externer Service Provider inkl. Eskalationsmanagement
• Transparenz über Service-Leistung, Qualität und Kosten durch KPI-Reporting und Reviews
• Kontinuierliche Service-Verbesserung durch Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Business-Alignment

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management oder Service Delivery in internationalen Umgebungen
• Sehr gutes Verständnis von ITSM-Prozessen (ITIL oder vergleichbar) sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung globaler Teams und externer Dienstleister
• Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1), Deutsch von Vorteil. Idealerweise Erfahrung mit globalen ITSM-Tools, ITIL-Zertifizierung, Automatisierungs- und Self-Service-Konzepten sowie Arbeit in Matrixorganisationen
