The SUSS Group, headquartered in Garching near Munich, develops and manufactures process solutions for microstructure applications in the semiconductor industry and related markets - an area in which SUSS MicroTec has over 75 years of experience. Our portfolio includes a wide range of products and solutions for back-end lithography, wafer bonding and photomask cleaning. In addition, we offer highly specialised lithography tools for imprinting.

In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms. At the earliest possible date we are looking for

Your Tasks

  • You contribute your technical expertise to international customer projects, providing valuable support in product and process-related matters as well as in special technical applications for sales
  • Based on individual customer specifications, you design tailored system configurations and prepare quotations in line with existing pricing structures and sales modules
  • With compelling product descriptions and presentations, you engage customers both on-site and remotely, including the execution of professional demos
  • Your input helps shape sales strategies for specialized technical solutions, and you take responsibility for drafting requirement specifications for customer-specific developments
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date pricing and COGS lists in the SAP system is part of your daily routine, ensuring a reliable data foundation for quotations and calculations
  • When needed, you take charge of technical special projects and are willing to travel internationally to support customers and internal teams directly on location
  • By assisting with coordination and communication with our Korean and global suppliers, both on-site and online, you will help us achieve our high-quality standards and strategic goals

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree or vocational qualification in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, microsystems technology, physics, chemistry, or a related technical field
  • Ideally, you bring prior experience in special-purpose machinery or the semiconductor industry – whether in sales, marketing, business development, R&D, or application engineering
  • Your working style is independent, goal-oriented, and marked by a high level of personal responsibility
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in both Korean and English, making you a confident partner in internal and customer-facing interactions
  • You are proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office, and have hands-on experience with SAP and CRM systems
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex topics complete your profile
