In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms. At the earliest possible date we are looking for

• You install our complex systems worldwide directly at the customer’s site, commission them, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure a smooth start-up
• You perform maintenance and repair work on our systems worldwide and efficiently resolve malfunctions
• You provide comprehensive instruction to customer personnel on the operation and functionality of our systems and conduct training sessions
• You support our customers by phone in case of urgent problems and offer quick solutions
• You act as an important interface between our company and the customers, prepare presentations and reports, and support Technical Support and Engineering in the development of new modules and components.

• You have completed vocational training in mechatronics or electronics, ideally complemented by further qualification as a technician or a degree in electrical engineering
• You have professional experience in technical service for both national and international customers, ideally including initial experience with our SUSS systems
• You possess solid knowledge in electronics, mechanics, and control engineering
• You are willing to travel worldwide (approx. 80%) and demonstrate a high level of flexibility
• You are characterized by an independent working style and excellent communication skills with customers
• You have very good German and English skills (at least C1 level); basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
