Are you a creative mind with a feel for design and passion for engaging events? Then we might be looking just for you! As Brand & Event Manager, you continuously develop the SUSS corporate identity and create brand assets, while steering how the design comes to life at trade shows and events in the semiconductor industry.
Your Tasks
- Brand strategy and corporate identity: Continuously drive, develop and manage the SUSS corporate identity, ensuring a clear and consistent brand presence across global and regional channels and touchpoints.
- Brand assets and design governance: Create, coordinate, and maintain state-of-the-art brand assets, guidelines, templates, and communication materials, advise internal stakeholders and ensure consistent application of the corporate design and tone of voice.
- Trade shows and event management: Own the SUSS trade show and event calendar and manage events from concept and planning through implementation and follow-up, including objectives, budgets, timelines, locations, booth concepts, materials, and visitor activities.
- Bringing the brand to life: Translate the SUSS corporate design and brand experience into engaging physical and digital event environments and coordinate the production of booth graphics, presentations, signage, demonstrations, handouts, and other event materials.
- Agency and partner management: Select, brief, coordinate, and steer agencies, suppliers, venues, and other external partners and ensure clear expectations, reliable delivery, quality, and cost control throughout brand and event projects.
- Regional collaboration: Steer regional events in close cooperation with regional counterparts and provide planning frameworks, templates, and best practices while supporting relevant local adaptations and alignment with business priorities.
- Evaluation and continuous improvement: Evaluate brand and event activities based on feedback, participation, visibility, lead quality, and business relevance and use insights to improve processes, standards, and future activ.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Event Management, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in brand management, corporate communications, event management, trade show management, or a comparable field, ideally within the semiconductor or broader high-tech industry
- Experience in managing corporate identity and translating brand principles into practical applications
- Proven experience in planning and delivering trade shows, conferences, customer events, or similar formats from concept through follow-up
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, suppliers, timelines, and budgets in parallel
- Structured, hands-on working style with the ability to develop concepts, take ownership, and drive implementation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams as well as external partners and service providers
- Good understanding of digital and physical brand touchpoints, including corporate design, presentations, event materials, and online communication
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; experience working with Asia is are strong a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally when required for trade shows and events
