In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for
Your Tasks
- Field support to customers in Middle of Taiwan, ex: Taichung, Changhua, Yunlin.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of pre- and post-sales service and support to customers.
- Manage all facts of customer retention, including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.
- Develop customer-specific procedures, and main task is related to management on equipment performance, CIP driving, manpower arrangement, field service and parts order processing.
- Assist and manage return materials authorization processes for ensuring customer returns, exchanges, service, and repairs are completed with speed and accuracy.
- Required to participate in customer service meetings, maintain positive relationship with customer contacts
- Write reports on time for the purpose of administration, service events, technical data and improvement
- Proactively take ownership on resolving service problems and well discipline of management
- Execute escalation procedure with formal supervisory responsibilities.
Your Profile
- Working experience is required 10 years or above; experienced in Coat & Bond or semiconductor equipment is plus
- Bachelor degree is required; Master degree is plus
- Major in Electricity Engineering, mechanical Engineering, or Engineering related
- Language-English skill is required "B2" at least; Language -German is plus
