We are looking for the next possible date
Your Tasks
- Building up multiple levels relationships with customers , closely monitoring customer organization changed , business status and exapnsion plan. Stay on top of key account to provide all all-aspect information ( business opportunities/competition /critical technical issues/customer escalation )to SUSS internal in time.
- Execute account strategy & tactic , draft commercial proposal and negoiate with csutomers to close deal. Besides maintaining repeatable business, work closely with R&D and porcess integration to identify new opportunities at early stage and lead team to penetrate it . Align SUSS prodcut roadmap with customer process development to secure future opportunities.
- Coordinate tool deliveries between SUSS and customers to meet both sides requirement, support new tool acceptacne sign off and collect final payment. Work closely with App and Service team to support critical issues solved.
- Tracing customer expansion plan and acquire forecast to update CRM regulary. If necessary, communicating with managment to reserve slots or start manufacturing to meet targeted deliveries.
Your Profile
- Education : Bachelor or Master degree in EE /ME/Material /Physics /Chemical or engineering related.
- Experience : min 5 years working in semiconductor industry , and 2 years experience of sales or sales support function. Experience of working on advanced package field is preferred.
- Personality: High resillience & ownership mindset, aggressive and positive thinking. Enjoying in interacting with people.
- Capability : Strong technical-commercial balance, capable to manage complex & fast-changed scenarios.
