Customer Support Engineer - Photomask (m/f/d)
Onsite position – Taichung, Taiwan (local employment)

In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for

1. Tool installation and service support based in Taichung but not limited to work in Taichung area
2. Preventive maintenance on Photo-Mask Equipment
3. Participate on service review meetings at customer site
4. On-call duty at night and weekend is required on rotary base
5. Windows operation system skill is required for tool software update
6. Obligate to learn new products and training on new tool abroad
7. Assistance in application and sales to promote SUSS products
8. Other service task assigned by management

1. Bachelor's degree above; Major in Electricity Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering related
2. Working experience in semiconductor industry (Photomask Equipment) is a plus
3. Capable of independent work
4. Good communication skill
5. Workable English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing
