Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand prospective customer networks

Plan, coordinate, and manage participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and technical events

Establish and strengthen partnerships with sales agents and distributors

Lead new sales lead generation initiatives (primary responsibility)

Provide strategic sales support to agents and distributors to improve opportunity conversion and closing rates

Four-year college degree plus a minimum of five years of related work experience; or an AA degree or equivalent university program certificate plus minimum of 8-10 years of directly related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong analytical skills as well as experience in marketing projects

Very good communication skills and assertiveness

Fluent in written and spoken English

Japanese-Language Proficiency Test Level 1 (N1)
