Software Support Engineer - Scanner (m/w/d)
Onsite position – Tainan, Taiwan (local employment)

In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for

• The position is to support field troubleshooting on Scanner SW issues and deploy fix and new SW versions.
• The main working sites are at South of Taiwan but also required to support other regions if required.

• Familiar with major software languages such as C, C sharp etc.
• Background on semicondustor MES system and SECS/GEM will be a plus
• Good communication skill to bridge customer and engineering Dept.
• Good logical sense to analyze, summarize to target SW bugs from collected logs.
