In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for
Your Tasks
- The position is to support field troubleshooting on Scanner SW issues and deploy fix and new SW versions.
- The main working sites are at South of Taiwan but also required to support other regions if required.
Your Profile
- Familiar with major software languages such as C, C sharp etc.
- Background on semicondustor MES system and SECS/GEM will be a plus
- Good communication skill to bridge customer and engineering Dept.
- Good logical sense to analyze, summarize to target SW bugs from collected logs.
