Technical Training Specialist - Digital Solutions - Content Creator
Onsite position – Hsinchu, Taiwan (local employment)

In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms.
At the earliest possible date we are looking for

• Further development of digital training materials, such as SOPs, tutorial videos, photos, and e-learning courses.
• Independent design, development, and continuous improvement of databases and media platforms.
• Strong proficiency in using digital tools for the creation and editing of multimedia training materials.
• Independent evaluation and implementation of new digital tools, as well as continuous trend scouting, including the application of artificial intelligence (AI).
• Active collaboration with R&D, Service, Production, and other technical departments to transform complex technical knowledge into effective training materials.
• Responsibility for quality assurance of training materials in close cooperation with trainers and subject matter experts/departments

• Completed technical vocational training, technician qualification, or a university degree in a technical field.
• High level of independence in the design and implementation of complex training materials.
• Strong self-management, organizational skills, and instructional (didactic) competence.
• End-to-end responsibility for the methodological advancement of digital learning programs and solutions.
• Independent development of new standards and continuous optimization of training offerings and learning content.
