Your Tasks

  • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen sowie eigenständige Auswertung und Interpretation der Ergebnisse

  • Margenanalysen für Kundenprojekte und Produktionsaufträge sowie enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitern

  • Mitwirkung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS

  • Unterstützung bei Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle von Budgets und Forecasts

  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner Controlling-Tools und Kennzahlensysteme

  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei allen Controlling-relevanten Fragestellungen

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Controlling

  • 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im produzierenden Umfeld oder Mittelstand

  • Gute SAP-Kenntnisse (FI/CO sowie idealerweise MM, PP, PS, SD, CS) und sehr gute Excel-Skills

  • Sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, analytische Genauigkeit und unternehmerisches Denken gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität

  • Zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst, sorgfältig und kommunikationsstark
