Are you the experienced Hardware / Electrical Engineer with a passion for electrical design? Do you like to work independently in a multidisciplinary team on innovative projects? Then we are looking for you!

As Hardware Engineer you are responsible for independently designing and creating electrical diagrams according to specifications. You ensure that the realization of electrical installations meets legal requirements in the areas of quality, health, safety, and the environment. You work closely with project managers and other team members to achieve the best results. You also play a crucial role in supporting the service department in analysing and solving technical problems.

Your Tasks

Tasks

o Work together in (multidisciplinary) project teams.

o Create requirements for materials, components, and services to meet customer, legal, and other specifications.

o Design and maintain electrical hardware diagrams. o Cooperate in estimating throughput time and working time for engineering tasks.

o Support the quotation process to ensure a feasible technology offer is sent to the customer.

o Create and maintain hardware documentation, instruction manuals, and test protocols.

o Coordinate electrotechnical hardware assembly activities.

o Support project management in identifying deviations in technical realization, quality, and cost.

o Report progress and status to the project manager.

o Support the service department in analyzing and solving issues to find the optimum solution regarding the cost/quality ratio of components and suppliers.

Your Profile

o Bachelor's level of working and thinking o 5+ years of progressive experience in a development-focused, machine-building environment.

o Experience with E-Plan (preferred).

o Experience with Beckhoff PLC systems (preferred).

o Knowledgeable about quality standards for electrical designs and diagrams.

o Knowledgeable about safety standards for electrical designs and diagrams.

o Demonstrates ownership and accountability.

o Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within (multidisciplinary) teams.

o Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple issues and projects simultaneously.

o Planning and organizational skills.

o Willingness to travel as needed for installation, start-up, or third-line service.

o Language skills: English, Dutch, German (preferred).

o You must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands that does not require employer sponsorship, as we are not a recognized sponsor.
