We are looking for the next possible date

1. daily operation relevant to customer service support 
2. communicate、coordinate and follow up the issues related to customer service to ensure the process is correct and the schedule runs smoothly
3. routine document and report execution
4. tasks assigned by supervisor

1. good  communication skills (in Chinese & English ) - able to handle daily emails, document , and assignments
2. preferred - with experience in administration, business assistance
3. able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
4. good in teamwork and capable of efficient communication cross internal departments.
