Your Tasks
Sales Responsibilities
• Promptly addressing enquiries from website enquiry and providing product information to customer.
• Support sales and service quotations
• Coordinating with related departments on requests and arrangements. • Following up with customers on demo requests and Factory tool acceptance visit arrangement and coordination.
• Coordinate internal follow-ups and track documents/status to support the Sales team.
• Support the setup and coordination of Sales meetings, corporate events, and provide administrative support for senior management meetings, including coordination of logistics and visitor arrangements.
• Ensure meeting rooms and training facilities are well-prepared and restored post-usage.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and ensure proper filing, documentation control and regular data/file backups.
• Any other duties as and when assigned
Service Responsibilities
• Coordinate and liaise with customer on site access, security clearances, safety training, badge applications, and other site-specific requirements to ensure service engineers are authorized to perform work at customer sites.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Service team, including coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and other logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of site access, training certifications, and badge validity, ensuring timely renewals where required.
• Support reporting requirements for Key Accounts
• Any other duties as and when assigned
Your Profile
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in the semiconductor industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, CRM, SAP)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
