Field Service Engineer Bonder (m/f/d)

In this position, you will be responsible for looking after and supporting our customers, providing training and ensuring that our machines and processes fulfil the high expectations of the Semiconductor Industry - all in a high-precision environment that also includes working in clean rooms. At the earliest possible date we are looking for

• Install, troubleshoot, and commission our equipment directly at customer sites
• Perform maintenance and repair work on SUSS systems worldwide
• Train customer personnel on the operation and functionality of the systems and provide comprehensive instruction
• Support and assist customers by phone in the event of urgent issues
• Independently conduct mechatronic and electrical engineering analyses to identify and resolve faults

• Completed vocational training in Mechatronics or Electronics, ideally complemented by further qualification as a Technician
• Professional experience in technical service, supporting both national and international customers
• Ideally, initial experience working with SUSS equipment and systems
• Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and control systems technology
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approximately 80%)
• Very good German and English language skills
