Production Engineer (m/f/d)
Onsite position – Hsinchu, Taiwan (local employment)

At the earliest possible date we are looking for

Summary:

The position is to support production by work preparation, Standardization way of working, continuous improvement and New Product into Production, in order to meet organization target.

Tasks:            

• Standardization of procedure and implementation to shopfloor
• In a driver seat to identify the risks and trigger actions via cooperating with related teams
• Collect and analyze shopfloor issue and trigger continuous/structural improvement
• Manufacturing BOM structural finetune
• Support process/efficiency improvements, lean manufacturing and quality improvements
• New Product Introduction for production readiness in factory
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering related and finished with a Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Sufficient knowledge of new and established products and processes, modifications, sub-modules and complete systems.
• Mature soft skill for cross functional cooperation
• Good mind-set and personality: Target oriented, process driven, systematic and critical thinking
• Good communication skills in both, verbal and writing
• Project management skill (PMP certification is plus)
• Decent English
