Accounting specialist (m/f/d)
Onsite position – Hsinchu, Taiwan (local employment)

We are looking for the next possible date

1. Fixed asset capitalization and CAPEX control.
2. Month-end closing: Assist with monthly and annual closing, accruals, and preparation of balance reconciliation.
3. Withholding tax and income reporting: Assist with monthly and annual vendor withholding taxes and employee income tax filings.
4. Asset management:  Manage asset tag, conduct physical inventory of fixed assets.
5. Document management and audit support: Maintain payment and supporting documents; provide required information for internal and external audits.
6. Tax management: Support bi-monthly stamp tax filing; annual income tax audits and filings, and maintain familiarity with investment tax credit regulations.
7. Projects: Assist in process improvements, and enhance automation and operational efficiency

• Finance or accounting bachelor degree or above
• More than 5-year working experience
• Solid concept and knowledge of accounting
• Fixed asset and tax working experience is a plus
