Your Tasks

This position is responsible for support the production and service team in completing all safety, health, environment related tasks to provide a safe and healthy workplace for employees.


  1. Excellent communication with SUSS employees and manager is critical to successfully achieving the goals of this job.
  2. Promote and maintain the ISO 45001 system
  3. Machinery safety management
  4. Safety change management
  5. Safety and health committee
  6. Safety inspection and audit
  7. High-risk operations permit control
  8. Emergency response
  9. Chemical safety management
  10. Working environment monitoring
  11. Safety PPE Management
  12. New hire employee and on job safety training
  13. Contractor safety management and training
  14. Accident investigation
  15. Service team safety support – TSMC/Micron /ASE
  16. Factory environmental protection (air/water/waste/toxic)
  17. ISO14001 preparation
  18. BCP/BCM Risk assessment
  19. ESG / Carbon footprint/ Renewable Energy /Climate Change Assessment

Your Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, or related technical fields.
  2. Level A (Class I) Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Management Certificate or Level A (Class I) Environmental Air Pollution and Waste Management Certificate
  3. 10+ years of hands-on HSE experience within the manufacturing or high-tech industries
  4. Proven track record in the establishment, implementation, and promotion of ISO 45001 (OH&S) and ISO 14001 (EMS) management systems.
  5. Familiarity with ISO 14064 (Carbon Footprint/GHG Inventory) and practical experience in renewable energy procurement (Green Power) is a plus.
  6. Ability to communicate effectively with overseas headquarters and present HSE performance reports in English.
