We are looking for the next possible date

Your Tasks

  • Requirement management: Collect, clarify, document, and coordinate business requirements with IT Business Applications.
  • Process-driven mindset: Promote process-oriented thinking and ensure solutions support end-to-end process quality.
  • SAP standard advocacy: Represent and defend SAP standard solutions and best practices; challenge non-standard requests constructively.
  • 1st-level support: Provide first-line support for SAP users in the local organization; triage issues and escalate appropriately.
  • On-site training: Plan and deliver classroom/on-the-job SAP trainings on site (Taiwan).
  • Stakeholder alignment: Maintain regular coordination with IT Business Applications with a strong cadence, at least twice per week, including an intercultural exchange on initiatives, changes, and projects.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain user documentation, process descriptions, and training materials.
  • External vendor coordination: Coordinate external service providers/consultants (e.g., Westernacher and others), including scope clarification and follow-up.

Your Profile

Qualifications & experience

  • SAP experience in application or support of at least two SAP modules; PP as one of them would be preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to operate confidently with diverse stakeholders; strong personality with a pragmatic, cooperative attitude.
  • Experience in capturing requirements and coordinating across business and IT.
  • Comfort working in an intercultural environment.

Languages

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written)
